2. Our Commitment

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund within the terms set out in this policy. Please read the following conditions carefully before requesting a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible: the product must be returned in its original packaging; at least 50% of the product contents must remain unused (unopened bottles or unopened seal is preferred where applicable); you must have purchased the product directly from our official website; and you must initiate the return process by contacting us within the 30-day window. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be refused if these conditions are not met.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund: Contact us at admin@gloxarelphor.world with your order details, including order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit or debit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. For other payment methods, processing times may vary. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in our communications. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: products with more than 50% of contents consumed or used; products returned without a valid Return Authorization; items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or storage; products that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons; and any product returned after the 30-day window.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may return it in accordance with this Refund Policy.
